Biaco is delighted to welcome to the Board our new Chair Ian Kershaw as well as Keith Miller as a Non Executive Director. Both will bring considerable expertise, experience and to the Board and help us move from our current status as a Research and development organisation to a fully resourced manufacturing and sales company.

We also intend to appoint Michael Braun as head of our recently established subsidiary Biaco GmbH. This is a strategic move as we need to start to consider how to expand into new territories. In 2025 our master patent received intention to grant in the EU which covers some very large markets.
