Investors can limit and spread their risk across projects and platforms.
Investors can put in as little as £10 or as much as the maximum is.
The crowd funder undertakes due diligence on claims and the company background as specified by the FCA.
The company gets funding with a large number of Investors but only has to manage one contact.
Legal Changes to accommodate crowdfunding.
We have some internal admin to do, such as small changes to the Articles and Shareholder agreements.
These are being finalised but will be circulated to existing shareholders as soon as possible.
We had a very successful two days of testing and demonstrations to Investors and Partners at the end of January and the beginning of February.
We have been formally notified by Seedrs that they will not complete the fundraising and will tomorrow return the monies held to private individuals.
